On The Glo Policies
A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to both cancel or reschedule your appointment. If notice is not received 24 hours in advance, your non-refundable reservation fee is forfeited. You may cancel online via your confirmation email, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling/texting 919.473.6133 anytime.
A member of our staff will contact you (likely via text message) 24 hours before your appointment to confirm. If we do not hear from you within that day we will cancel your appointment.
Refunds will not be given for any services rendered. We do not give refunds of any kind for services performed during your appointment time. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your services, please contact us within 48 hours. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy!
We currently serve a 20 mile radius from the zip code 27603. If you reside outside of this radius we will charge an additional one time $15 fee. Once you book your appointment we will double check the address to ensure it is within our radius. If it is not we will contact you to confirm you approve the additional mileage fee.
Since we are mobile and come to you, during seasons of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to the safety of the driving conditions. We will do our absolute best to reschedule your tan to a time that fits both of our schedules.
